Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes. Rec Haven is an authorized dealer for the brands we carry. We work directly with manufacturers and their official distributors, so every product you buy from us is genuine, brand-new, and backed by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
Are your products new or refurbished?
All of our products are brand-new and sourced through legitimate, authorized distribution channels. We do not sell used, refurbished, or gray-market items.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Many of our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product, so please refer to the individual product listing for specific details. If you need help with a warranty claim, contact us at support@rechaven.com and we'll assist you.

When will my order ship and arrive?
We work hard to get your order out the door fast. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, sometimes even the same day. On average, total estimated delivery time takes between 3 to 7 business days. If an item has a longer lead time than the time stated, we will reach out to you directly via e-mail or telephone to confirm if that is acceptable for you; if not, we will issue a full refund.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay for added convenience.
What's your return policy?
We have a 30-Day Return Policy. Please note that a 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Defective or damaged items are covered with no restocking fee. Full return details can be found in our Return Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Just reach out to us right away at support@rechaven.com. Once an order is in transit, it will need to go through the return process.
What if something arrives damaged?
If your package shows any sign of damage — even just the box — please note it when signing for delivery. If you suspect internal damage but can't inspect it at delivery, write "possible damage" on the delivery receipt. If you find actual damage upon opening, take photos and email them to support@rechaven.com. We'll take care of a replacement or return promptly.
How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive an email confirming your purchase shortly after placing your order. Once your item ships, we'll send you a follow-up email with tracking details. If a product is unavailable or backordered, we'll contact you within one business day with next steps.
Will I get an email confirmation?
Absolutely. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as you place your order. Make sure your email address is correct at checkout so you don't miss it.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax applicability depends on your shipping state and our current tax obligations. Applicable sales tax, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Simply email support@rechaven.com with your request. If there's a price change involved, we'll either refund the difference or send a custom invoice for the adjustment.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What about large freight items?
Many of our larger products (playground sets, swing sets, arcade machines, park furnishings) ship via freight carrier and are delivered curbside only. Our team or the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please ensure a valid phone number is provided at checkout. White-glove or inside delivery is not included.
