Refunds & Returns Policy

At RecHaven, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free.
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return purchased items by mail within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond this period.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you decide a product isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts and manuals. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund for the product price, minus any return shipping costs.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is faulty, not functioning properly, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange or replacement.
5.1. Exchanges for Incorrect or Defective Items
If an item arrives incorrect or defective, we'll gladly arrange an exchange at no additional cost once the issue is verified. Please contact our customer support team with your order details, proof of purchase, and photos (if applicable) to begin the process.
5.2. Exchanges for Change of Mind
If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in good condition, we'll issue a refund for the full product price (excluding shipping costs). To receive the correct item, simply follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred size or model.
6. Return & Exchange Conditions
Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, manuals, and original packaging included and no missing parts.
7. Return Instructions, Labels & Shipping
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@rechaven.com or call +1 (866) 996-7850 with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
- The return shipping address will be provided once your request is approved. Please do not ship items back without first receiving authorization.
- Our team will respond with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label for defective, incorrect, or damaged items.
- Download and print the return label provided and affix it to the outside of the package.
Customers are responsible for the safe return of items. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as RecHaven is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
8. Restocking Fees
For non-defective items, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs. Defective items are exempt from the restocking fee.
9. Refunds & Processing Time
After your return is received and approved, we'll send you a confirmation email and initiate your refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 7 business days. If it's been more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@rechaven.com.
10. Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Yes, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address.
11. Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund. Contact our support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
