At RecHaven, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. If something doesn’t work out, our return process is simple and fair.


1. Return Window
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns beyond this period.


2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • If you're returning an item for personal reasons (such as a change of mind), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.


3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is faulty, not functioning properly, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the return process and cover all return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.


4. Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve simply decided the item isn’t right for you, no problem — as long as it’s unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days, we’ll accept it. You’ll need to handle the return shipping. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the item cost, minus any original shipping fees.


5. Refund Process
After your return is received and approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email and initiate your refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6. Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the circumstances. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during the return process.
