When will my order ship and arrive?
We work hard to get your order out the door fast. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, sometimes even the same day. On average, delivery takes between 4 to 7 business days, though exceptions may occur due to carrier or fulfillment delays. If an item has a longer lead time, it will be clearly stated on the product page. We’re proud to offer some of the fastest shipping and processing times in the outdoor recreation space.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay for added convenience.
What’s your return policy?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Just reach out to us right away at support@theoutdoordiscovery.com. Once an order is in transit, it will need to go through the return process.
What if something arrives damaged?
If your package shows any sign of damage — even just the box — please note it when signing for delivery. If you suspect internal damage but can’t inspect it at delivery, write “possible damage” on the delivery receipt. If you find actual damage upon opening, take photos and email them to support@theoutdoordiscovery.com. We’ll take care of a replacement or appropriate resolution promptly.

How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive an email confirming your purchase shortly after placing your order. Once your item ships, we’ll send you a follow-up email with tracking details. If a product is unavailable or backordered, we’ll contact you within one business day with the next steps.
Will I get an email confirmation?
Absolutely. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as you place your order. Make sure your email address is correct at checkout so you don’t miss it. We recommend saving it for your records.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in Ohio and only collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state. If you’re ordering from outside Ohio, you’ll enjoy a sales tax-free purchase.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
