Thank you for shopping with RecHaven. We're committed to making sure your orders arrive swiftly, safely, and exactly as expected.
Currently, we only ship to the United States Mainland and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Cost
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day.
Processing Timeline
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days from the time your payment is approved.
Transit Time
Transit time is 2–5 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery takes on average 3 to 7 business days. If a product will take longer, we will reach out to you directly to confirm or issue a full refund.
Freight Shipments — Large Items
Many of our larger items (playground sets, kayaks, e-bikes, arcade games) ship via freight carriers using full-sized delivery trucks. Freight shipments are delivered curbside only. Our team or the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery — please provide a valid phone number at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and trusted freight carriers to deliver your orders quickly and securely.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking details within 24 hours of shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is missing or damaged, please contact us within 1 business day of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
