Currently, we only ship to the United States Mainland and we do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Cost

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders .


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 6:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day.


Processing Timeline

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days from the time your payment is approved.


Transit time

Transit time is 2-5 days.


Total Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery takes on average 3 to 7 business days. If a product will take longer than the time stated, we will reach out to you directly via e-mail or telephone to confirm if that is acceptable for you, if not, we will issue a full refund.


Shipping Carriers & Delivery Method

Many of our larger items ship via freight carriers using full-sized delivery trucks. For freight shipments, our team or the carrier will contact you to schedule a curbside delivery.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide a valid and reachable phone number at checkout.

We partner with trusted carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, to deliver your orders quickly and securely.

Note: We work hard to ensure on-time deliveries, but delays may occur due to weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated as quickly as possible.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your purchase. This email confirms that your order has been received in our system and your payment method has been approved. 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details within 24 hrs. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s system. If you need help tracking your order, our support team is here to assist.


Changing Your Shipping Address

Need to update your shipping details? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to make the change before your item ships.


Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages:

If your package is missing or hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us right away. Our team will work directly with the carrier to locate your shipment and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the package cannot be found, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund 

Damaged Packages: 

At Rechaven, we work only with reputable and reliable delivery carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. However, we understand that accidents can occasionally occur during transit, and damage may happen.

It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments upon delivery. If you notice significant damage, please refuse the delivery and inform the carrier immediately. Once we are notified, we will initiate the claims process and arrange either a refund or replacement item after due review.

If the package shows minor or slight signs of damage, please note this clearly on the delivery receipt or signing note before accepting the shipment. You must notify us of any shipping damage within 1 business day of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
