Shipping Cost

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 6:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday are processed according to our daily fulfilment schedule.

Processing Timeline

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days from the time your payment is approved.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days. If an item has a longer lead time, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Method

Many of our larger items ship via freight carriers using full-sized delivery trucks. For freight shipments, our team or the carrier will contact you to schedule a curbside delivery.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide a valid and reachable phone number at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll get a separate email with tracking information, so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Need to update your shipping details? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to make the change before your item ships.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a solution quickly and cover the return shipping for any qualifying issues.
