Damaged Shipment? We’ve Got You Covered.
Upon delivery, please examine your package carefully. If you notice any signs of damage — even if it's just the box — be sure to note it on the delivery slip when signing. If you're unable to fully inspect the contents right away but suspect an issue, we recommend writing “possible damage” on the receipt.
Should you discover damage after opening, don’t worry — simply snap a few photos and email them to support@theoutdoordiscovery.com. We'll take immediate action to send a replacement or issue a refund, typically within one business day.
