At Rec Haven, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations work for purchases made through rechaven.com and shipped within the United States.

4. Return Eligibility
Customers may return products within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below. For non-defective (change of mind) returns, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all labels, tags, parts, and manuals included. For defective or damaged returns, items are accepted regardless of condition; please provide photos or videos. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
5. Return Process
5.1 Initiating a Return. Contact us at support@rechaven.com or +1 (866) 996-7850 within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and authorization. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
5.2 Preparing Your Return. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals, and include any authorization documentation provided.
5.3 Shipping the Return. Return by mail using a trackable method. For change-of-mind returns, the customer provides and pays for the return label. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Rec Haven provides a prepaid label. Please do not ship items back without authorization. We recommend insuring the shipment, as Rec Haven is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
6. Return Shipping Costs and Fees
Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee applies (covering inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs). Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect: Rec Haven covers return shipping, and no restocking fee applies.
7. Specific Conditions
7.1 Change of Mind. Refund to original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee and return shipping. 7.2 Defective or Damaged. Contact us within 30 days (within 7 days for transit damage) with photos/videos; replacement or full refund, no restocking fee, return shipping covered. 7.3 Incorrect Item. We arrange return at our expense and send the correct product at no cost. 7.4 Never Arrived. Contact us if it doesn't arrive within 3 to 7 business days; we investigate and, if lost, refund or replace. 7.5 Cancellation. Orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund; after shipment, follow the return process (25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind cancellations).
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item, processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer. Partial refunds may apply to items not in original condition, with missing parts, or returned after 30 days.
9. Exchanges
We replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact support@rechaven.com.
10. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
11. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
