Thank you for shopping with Rec Haven. We're committed to making sure your orders arrive swiftly, safely, and exactly as expected.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

No orders can ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed the following business day.

Processing Timeline

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days from the time your payment is approved.

Transit Time

Transit time is 2 to 5 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery takes on average 3 to 7 business days. If your order will take longer, we will contact you directly to confirm or issue a full refund.

Freight Shipments - Large Items

Many of our products are large or oversized and ship by freight. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please provide a valid phone number at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and trusted freight carriers to deliver your orders quickly and securely.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking details within 24 hours of shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is missing or has not arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment and arrange a replacement or refund.

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if damage is significant, or note the damage on the delivery receipt before accepting. You must notify us within 1 business day of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update your shipping address.
